Dedicated to the teaching and preservation of the Wing Chun double sword art found in the Yip Man lineage of Wing Chun, The Wing Chun Parallel Swords Society (WCPSS) aims to support its membership’s professional development and personal development by being a place for growth in skills and abilities as a coach/instructor as well as a practitioner.

Members are assessed as instructors along their path to become a “feeder coach” in the system. Members also have the opportunity to assess their personal skills in skills tests and challenges.

Furthermore, the WCPSS intends to continue to refine and standardize the system in its curriculum and assessment of instructor membership to ensure the quality and reputation of the art does not diminish.

Additionally, by maintaining and preserving the historical record of the lineage as it grows, WCPSS will provide legitimacy and a legacy to those trained under, certified, and assessed by the WCPSS.

The WCPSS is not exclusive to any Wing Chun lineage or martial art. There is no tolerance for lineage bashing nor negativity towards any art. The WCPSS is a place for the preservation of a unique sword system and support for its membership.
